We have an amazing new Karaage (Japanese fried) Chicken, super crunchy on the outside and mouthwatering tender on the inside! The CBK old school favourite skillet baked Mac'n'Cheese is back featuring a crunchy cheese & bacon top!
We have a slow cooked Pork Belly with a sticky maple glaze (yum) which is becoming our guest fave and of course a new STONEGRILL dish, Pork loin stuffed with apple and pear, rolled and subtle smoked to retain flavour and moisture! It even comes with a plum cider jelly shot!
For the veges' out there we have a Broccoli, Mushroom & white bean open sandwich which is a homemade golden pattie of chopped broccoli, carrot, portobello mushroom, cheddar cheese, garlic and spring onion. Layered up with salad leaves and smashed avocado on a toasted bun with a cashew nut and tofu mayo! It comes with one of our new side options, grilled fingerling potatoes. This dish is so good even meat lovers love it!
We now have a slow cooked beef brisket, cooked in our famous smokers, you can find it in our new Ultimate Reuben sandwich and in the Bao Buns (yes, we still have them!)
New for 2018 we have a Wok tossed Prawn & pork noodles with crunchy bok choy, skinny mung beans, shredded carrot. It's a little spicy and a little sweet! A new twist on the CBK menu everyone is loving the noodle dish!
We have some winter warmer desserts on with the classic well loved Sticky Toffee pudding and the requested return of our cinnamon donuts! All come with the award winning Nelson Appleby Farm Ice cream. (Who recently won gold in the NZ Ice Cream awards!)
